International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world.
To place an order for international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. On the shopping cart page, there is a button that reads "International Checkout". After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click that button.
The contents of your shopping cart will automatically be transferred to your cart at InternationalCheckout.com. Complete the order process at International Checkout. The friendly and professional people at International Checkout will process your order.

Shipping and Delivery
You may provide a shipping address that is different from your billing address, however for security reasons, Jennifer Kaufman reserves the right to refuse to ship to a different shipping address if the purchase total is over $250. In addition, purchases may NOT be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to 24 hours to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. i.e. UPS ground, overnight, second-day, etc. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Jennifer Kaufman is not responsible for and will not issue any refunds for delays on the part of UPS, FedEx or USPS. YOU MUST SEND BACK ORIGINAL RECEIPT FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED in original packaging. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on SPECIAL ORDERS, MONOGRAMMED OR ENGRAVED ITEMS OR CUSTOM ORDERS. You can exchange or return merchandise by mail within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Changes / Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@jenniferkaufman.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.
